Quantity of simple holes; no threads or tolerances less than 0.005"
Holes that have threads present, ie. ΒΌ-20 tapped hole
Any dimension that has a critical tolerance less than 0.005". We follow ISO 2768-1 for our standard tolerances if no drawing is provided, any tolerances tighter that this standard require a drawing.
A fillet is a rounded feature on the edge of a part. See HERE for examples
An overhang consists of part of the part being occluded; think T-Slot. A dovetail is a form of overhang, but the walls of the occlusion are angled.
Non-perpendicular holes are holes drilled at an angle that is not exactly 90 degrees to the surface of the workpiece.
Features/walls of the part thinner than 0.100" thick.
